Hi,
Since you are facing a burnout your body and mind has been under stress for a very long time and you have used up your mind and body energy reserves. It is necessary for you to slow down and take time out for yourself. That is make your health and well being a priority. Breathing in deeply fresh air by expanding the lungs to take in as much air as they can and letting it out slowly through the nostrils helps a lot in restoring your energy levels in your body. Take minimum 10 to 12 breaths every morning and evening. Relaxation is absolutely necessary.
Go for an aroma full body massage, or soak yourself in an aromatic bath, or pamper yourself with an aroma oil, or just diffuse a synergistic blend in a diffuser while you laze about, read books etc. Use any of the following oils either single or in a synergistic blend. Sandalwood, Lavender, Grapefruit, Rosemary, Lemon. A synergistic blend which is very relaxing is : 4 drops of Sandalwood, 5 drops of Lemon and 2 drops of Palmarosa. Mix together in a bottle and use 2-3 drops in a diffuser, or 4-6 drops in the bath or mix 3- 5 drops in 5 ml of a vegetable oil base for a body or massage oil. You can create your own schedule to pamper yourself using aromatherapy.
