Hi,

Regular exercise is a must for poor circulation. Essential oils have positive effect on blood circulation by facilitating more supply of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and the disposal of carbon dioxide and other cellular waste efficiently, which results in a better blood flow to all the cells in the body.

Essential oils like Geranium, rosemary, Ginger, Black pepper, Hyssop, basil, cypress, ylang-ylang stimulate blood circulation. Each essential oil has a wide range of therapeutic action and therefore application. Based on the information provided by you an essential oil blend of 4 drops of geranium and 1 drop of ginger or ylang ylang in 5 ml of a vegetable oil base could be used for massage.
