Aromatherapy on hair loss: I have a hair loss problem do u have any aromatherapy treatment for it.

Hi,
Yes, aromatherapy works very well on hair loss. But first of all find the cause of your hair loss. Is it dry skin, tension in the shoulder muscles, excessive heat in the body or a deficiency of vitamins, nutrients, extreme stress, shock, post pregnancy, reaction to any drug, any history of infection/ disease, any scalp infection? This helps to choose oils and line of treatment which will give very good results.
Your scalp should always be well moisturized and clean and the circulation should be optimum. For this regularly massaging with an aroma hair oil and stimulating the hair follicles every day is a must. The oil used need not be more than ½ a teaspoon at a time. Make partings in the hair and apply the oil to the scalp only and massage for 5-10 mins daily to spread the oil all over the scalp. Do not use strong shampoos to wash off your hair the next day which leave the scalp dry. Use herbal powders to wash your hair. It is the dry scalp that is the cause of most hair fall.
Aroma oil: 3 drops Rosemary or Geranium, 3 drops Ylang-ylang or lavender, 2 drops Atlas Cedarwood, 30 ml coconut or almond oil, or any herb infused oil. You can use the same recipe as a scalp tonic. Instead of oil base, mix essential oils in any hydrosol or distilled water in which a few drops of vodka or cider vinegar is added.
