Hi,
Your question is too general. Liver diseases can range from sluggish liver, liver abscess, enlargement, infections like Hepatitis A/B, Cirrhosis of the liver, cysts, tumors etc. Different oils are used for different diseases because of their varied therapeutic actions and at different stages of the disease. For eg. Infections like Hepatitis have to be treated with anti-viral oils whereas a sluggish liver needs stimulating oils.

Details like the age, cause, treatment taken, symptoms, etc are needed to answer questions related to such an important organ of our body. However, Hepatic oils which tone the liver and aid its function are chamomile, helichrysum, carrot seed, celery seed, rose, peppermint. Take care and proper advice. Speedy Healing to you,
