Dry skin or xerosis is a contributor to cracked heels. It is a typical symptom of omega-3 deficiency. Application of banana pulp on the cracked heel is beneficial in providing relief. A solution of sugar and honey applied on the feet, left overnight is helpful. Olive oil is rich in antioxidants. It heals and moisturises the skin. Milk cream application helps cracked heels. Topical application of turmeric powder in mustard oil provides relief.
