Question on sleeplessness: What should I do for sleeplessness

Sleep is the occassion of rest to the body and brain. It helps in restoring good health. Lack of sleep is termed as Insomnia.Try these easy-to-do-remedies:

- A massage with curd on the head is beneficial in inducing sleep.
- Avoid thinking about anything serious, to get a good sleep.
- An airy bedroom with loose fitting clothes are preferred.
- Avoid smoking, drinking and spicy foods in dinner.
- A warm glass of milk with a teaspoon of honey proves helpful in inducing sleep.
