Aromatherapy involves the use of the aroma of plant materials to ameliorate your mental and physical state of health. Aromatherapy is widely used to cure a variety of ailments ranging from immune system disorders to stress and depression.

- Lemon Essential Oil: Lemon is the fruit of a citrus species, scientifically called Citrus limon. Lemmon essential oil is instrumental in boosting your immune system, thereby protecting you from cold and flu.
- Eucalyptus Essential Oil: The essential oil of Eucalyptus is extracted from twigs and leaves of the evergreen Eucalyptus trees. Eucalyptus essential oil is widely used to cleanse the respiratory system, which in turn eases breathing. You may apply the essential oil on neck, throat, chest and back. As it is a cold oil, you may apply it directly on the skin.
- Peppermint Oil: Peppermint is a perennial herb, which may either be black or white. It has analgesic, antiseptic and antiviral properties. Peppermint essential oil strengthens the immune system, thereby helping you in fighting the infectious organisms that cause of cold and flu.
- Frankincense Essential Oil: Frankincense is an aromatic resin, extracted from the trees of genus Boswellia. This essential oil is mild on skin and as such, can be applied on the body.
